What is the Return Policy?

Goods which are unworn and unmarked, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date on the production of a purchase receipt.

Regarding damages, we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints on goods that are found to be defective as to quality description or performance within 7 days of purchase.

On which day do you deliver and which courier do you use?

 

Every day of the week excluding public holidays and deliveries are carried out by  E-cabs delivery service.

When making the delivery, does the courier contact the recipient to make an appointment?

 

Yes we do call.

 

How can I return my Order and what does it entail?

 

Upon presenting the original receipt at our shop, and item should be  in good condition and tags on. We either offer you a voucher with same amount that you can spend within 6 months or exchange it with some other item.
